Candace was born and raised in Mathews County and currently resides in Mathews with her husband and their 3 children. While attending nursing school in college, she previously worked in the restaurant
business for 15+ years and eventually restaurant management prior to getting her real estate license. During that time, she formed many lasting relationships.
She is a full time REALTOR®, a top producer for the company, and has facilitated millions in sales since becoming a REALTOR® in 2005. In 2013 she obtained her Broker’s license. Candace has the creative
experience to accurately construct offers, negotiate sales, and organize all of the necessary steps to a smooth settlement, she is solution focused. She strives to deliver, she is committed to her
clients, and she covers a broad area. She is relationship driven, she has built her business through referrals and repeat clients. “The biggest thank you I receive is when my client is happy with my
service and refers a new client to me.”
Candace served as Secretary/Treasurer for Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS® in 2020. Currently she serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS® for 2021 and also serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and the Events/Membership Committee.
