Growing up and living in Mathews County, Gwen DeForge brings with her a thorough knowledge of the Middle Peninsula, Northern Neck and surrounding areas. She specializes in residential real estate, including primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Virginia Association of Realtors®, and the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors®.

Gwen holds a B.A. in Leisure Studies with a concentration in Recreation and Tourism from Christopher Newport University. She honed her communication and active listening skills and developed excellent customer service during her years in the hospitality industry after college.
Gwen’s interests include history and historic homes, genealogy, boating and beaching, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband Chris have two sons, John Henry and Noah, and a cat, Asher.
